JROTC/JCC

The JROTC program offers an outstanding elective course for young men and women, focusing on leadership development, self-discipline, and responsible patriotic citizenship. Students gain confidence, learn effective leadership skills, and develop strong interpersonal relationships. The program emphasizes integrity, personal worth, and physical fitness, preparing cadets for success in life.

Character – Through interactive lessons, storytelling, and simulations, students develop personal and social responsibility, accountability, resilience, and core values like integrity and strength to guide them into adulthood.
Health – Lesson, activities, physical training, and drills, help students learn to identify positive physical and mental habits and make changes to practices that negatively affect their well-being.
Interactive Technology – The “I” in CHiSL stands for interactive learning, powered by Turning Technologies’ response systems and smart boards.  These tools foster collaboration, real-time feedback, and data-driven instruction.
Service – Using GenerationON’s template, students apply academics and critical thinking to plan and lead service projects. This experience fosters community engagement, positive values, and cultural understanding.
Leadership – Through lessons, leadership labs, and immersive simulations, students develop leadership, communication, and motivational skills. They also learn self-awareness and teamwork to lead with empathy and inspire others.
