The District Employee Relations Council (DERC) is made up of two representatives from each school campus. The DERC membership shall consist of one faculty member from each campus SBDM team. In addition, each campus principal shall appoint one faculty member from the campus at-large [See DGB(LOCAL)]. As a DERC representative, you will listen to the concerns and opinions of your campus and carry them forward so they can be addressed by the District. A DERC representative is a conduit for communication between your campus, your SBDM team, and FWISD decision-makers.
