Community Connections
Services available to my students, community, and campus through the Community Connections Program.
The purpose of this support will be to assist campuses in acquiring community connections that will play a major role in increasing parent and family engagement at your campus. The goal of this focused support is to ensure these community connections are not only acquired but also maintained for the long term.
Specific Support
- Support, development, and review of community connections planned via campus and districtwide events.
- Community connection lab sessions open to all staff district wide.
- One-on-one coaching and mentoring for community connection leaders and support staff.
- Scheduled checkpoints to track progress of community connection districtwide.
- Resources to assist campus community connection leaders and members in staying organized, informed, and equipped for growth.
- Supports and facilitates informational meetings and/or forums for families, whether at the campus or district level.
Program Partnerships
- Raising Highly Capable Kids Program: For over 10 years, this 13-week, multilingual, evidence-based parenting program has brought together communities to help parents raise healthy, caring, and responsible children. It’s more than a curriculum. It’s a powerful community-led program with lasting results.
Our team will support interested campuses with training alongside the highly equipped staff at Rezilient Kids.
