Fatherhood Programs

Services available to my students, community, and campus through the Fatherhood Program.

Our Fatherhood Program is dedicated to ensuring campuses have programs and systems in place to ensure a consistent presence of fathers and father figures in our communities. Data shows that the presence of fathers and father figures increases the academic and social-emotional stability of our scholars.

Our team has also designed a program dedicated to supporting single parents, specifically single mothers, in our communities.

Specific Support/Programs

• All Pro Dad Program Implementation – Our team trains and supports campus leadership teams that are interested in this curriculum-based program. 
• Parent Engagement Collaborative – This program focuses on young male mentorship at all campus levels. 
• Support the campus with organizing “Father Figure” campaigns at high needs MS/HS campuses based on discipline data and academic achievement levels in efforts to increase parent engagement.
• Supports and facilitates informational meetings and/or forums for families, whether at the campus or districtwide level.
• Works directly with campus Family Engagement Specialists and Family Communication Outreach Specialists to organize events focused on targeted parent engagement.
