These are the steps an administrator needs to follow if they suspect an incident of bullying on their campus.
If an administrator has received a report of bullying on campus. This form must be filled out for each incident.
This is an updated form to use with students who are suspected of bullying behaviors. Make sure that you give the student and parent/guardians a copy of the signed agreement.
