Fort Worth ISD has partnered with Scribsoft (the makers of ScribOrder) to offer a convenient and secure website for former students, corporations and post-secondary institutions to request transcripts, enrollment histories and education verifications online.

Official transcripts may only be released to institutions such as schools or employers. Non-official transcripts may be released to individuals or institutions.
The Fort Worth Independent School District does not keep copies of diplomas. The high school transcript is the official record of achievement and diplomas are considered ceremonial documents.
