A Message from Dr. Molinar

 

Through a TEA-recommended Accelerating Campus Excellence (ACE) initiative, Fort Worth ISD is redesigning a select group of high-need schools with more time, more support, and more pay for the educators who choose to serve there.
FWISD ACE teachers enjoy competitive pay, $100K for core subjects, $91K for elective/fine arts.

ACE prioritizes demonstrated impact. Requirements include:

At least 2 years of certified teaching experience by May 2026

No written reprimands in the personnel file

Evidence of sustained commitment to students, campus, and community

Verifiable student data showing accelerated achievement/growth

TIA Recognized or higher (for current TIA teachers)

Non-Instructional Staff (Elementary)

Non-Instructional Staff (Middle)

Compensation Plan approved by FWISD Board of Trustees on 1.20.26

Extended learning time for high impact - 187+25 instructional days

Ongoing weekly professional development to strengthen practice and impact

Reliable attendance ensures educators can make a difference; limit absences to 10 or fewer.

Staff collaborate in data-driven planning to make the biggest impact on student achievement.

Educators embrace practices that strengthen family involvement and support student success. 

Teachers will participate in data reviews, classroom observations, and collaborative planning, while tracking attendance, professional learning, and family engagement to meet clear goals.
