Fort Worth ISD’s Employee Performance & Evaluation team fosters a collaborative environment for employees and supervisors, promoting consistent feedback, clear performance standards, and alignment with the District’s mission and goals.

Employee Performance and Evaluation supports campus leaders through growth-focused appraisal systems like T-TESS, T-SCESS, and T-PESS, and provide technical assistance for Eduphoria Strive. Campus-based employee evaluations are completed in Eduphoria, with exceptions available on the Performance Evaluation SharePoint.

We also manage the District’s Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) designation system, ensuring equitable access for eligible teachers to earn additional compensation in high-need areas.
