The Employee Retention and Engagement department focus aligns with the District's Strategic Goals and Priorities. The department's primary purpose is to support the employees of the District, provide opportunities to contribute to the decisions impacting employees, increase voice, recognize and appreciate Fort Worth ISD teachers and staff, and to be a resource for new employees and supervisors.
