District Badges
Due to the costs associated with the maintenance of the ID badge equipment, there is a $27.00 charge for all replacement badges, which would include lost/stolen/damaged/broken/cracked badges.
Pay Here via SchoolCash online or through the QR code below prior to appointment.
Please be prepared to show the receipt upon pickup.
- Lost/stolen/broken: $27 (through QR code.) Please be prepared to show the receipt.
- Stolen badges: Provide a police report - Free
- Name Change: Free (contact employeerecords@fwisd.org or call 817-814-2760 before scheduling an appointment)
- Issues with KRONOS, printers, or simply not working: contact safety and security at 817-814-2680, email dominic.perez@fwisd.org or kevin.bentley@fwisd.org before coming in for a replacement. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. You will be advised on how to proceed.
- Child Nutrition Services Employees (Photo Badge Only) - Pay through the QR code.
The same photo will be reused for any replacements.
Badges can be picked up: Monday through Friday (unless inclement weather or a district-observed holiday) at 7060 Camp Bowie Blvd. Fort Worth, TX 76116 Ste. 1015 between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
