Paschal Varsity Tennis dominated this week at district!! Ariel Ortiz, Nathan LaCombe, Brandon Meyers and John Bollman all made it to quarter finals! Grant Hinson, Hailey Presnall, Shauna Galvin, Emily Buell, Maya Bloom and Molly O'Neil all advanced their way into finals and 3rd place matches!
Grant HInson and Hailey Presnall dominated Martin in a major upset match to clinch first place in Mixed Doubles in a 6-2, 6-1 finish to qualify for regionals. This will be Grant's third return to regionals and Hailey's 2nd!
Maya Bloom and Molly O'Neil upset Mansfield 6-4, 6-1 to win 3rd place in Girls Doubles and become the regional alternate doubles team!
Shauna Galvin and Emily Buell wiped out the Martin Warriors 6-0, 6-0 once again to place 1st in Girls Doubles and qualifed for regionals for the 2nd year in a row! This will be Shauna's 3rd return to regionals and Emily's 2nd!
Wish them luck as these awesome Paschal Panthers head to regionals on April 18&19th this month in Arlington!
Paschal dominated last week at the FORT WORTH CITY CHAMPIONSHIPS to place first as a team over all Fort Worth ISD tennis teams!

Paschal Girls Doubles takes 2nd place at Region 1-6A tournament to qualify for STATE May 18-19 at Texas A&M!

Paschal Girls Doubles Shauna Galvin and Emily Buell play Wednesday, April 19 at 9:00 a.m. for the Region 1-6A Girls Doubles Finals at the Arlington Tennis Center. The girls defeated Allen High School 7-5, 6-3 to advance to the finals. Go Panthers!!
WE, as coaches, hope to see ALL of your children during the summer at our Strength, Agility, and Speed Camp. The camp will consist of 6 weeks/24 days of training that will improve your child's strength, flexibility, mobility, and work towards injury prevention in their specific sports. (flyer available online)
WE know that your child may have other obligations that will arise during the summer. Please feel free to engage in these activities. We will have a coach and the weight room available from 1 - 3 pm for any child that misses the morning session.
WE encourage your children to take advantage of the following academic activities at PHS this summer.
Countdown to College
June 5th - 9th
PSAT/SAT Summer Academy
Session 1 - June 12-23;
Session 2 - June 24-30, July 6-12 (off July 3, 4, 5); and
Session 3 - July 17-28.
The location is Paschal HS; time is 8:25-12:00. The cost of the course is $150

Paschal Varsity Tennis clinches 2nd place against Bowie in a 19-0 victory as they head into the first round of district playoffs. They will face off against Arlington High School at TCU at 3pm next Tuesday!

The Paschal Varsity tennis team leveled Lamar in an 11-8 victory Friday night. Paschal is now 5-1 in district and sitting in second place behind Mansfield as they head in to the last regular season district match up against Bowie tomorrow night at Bowie at 4pm.
Playoffs to begin Oct 4th and Oct 7th in a round robin district play with 2nd,3rd,4th and 5th place teams in district to solidify the top four teams headed out to Area Oct 20-21st! More details to come!
