Mrs. Robertson

Mrs. Tennille Robertson is a two time graduate of The University of Louisiana at Monroe having received her Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a native Louisianan and married her college sweetheart Derrick. In her spare time, she enjoys bowling, cooking and chauffeuring her two daughters, Kalyn and Kelli to their various activities.

Mrs. Tracie May

Mrs. May is a product of FWISD and a proud graduate of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. She attended Prairie View A&M University located in Prairie View, Texas. While there, she was active in the Marching Storm Band and a member of Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority, Inc. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health and later received her Master of Science in Human Sciences with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy.

She began her professional career at Texas Southern University as a pre-college advisor with Educational Talent Search. After eight years, she returned to Fort Worth with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Fort Worth as a pre-college advisor. Ultimately, Mrs. May arrived at FWISD as a CCR Coach. She has been with the school district empowering students since 2012. She provides a total of 15 years of expertise of college and career readiness to students in the state of Texas. Lastly, she’s a proud mother of two and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Mr. Skylar Huey

Mr. Huey is a product of FWISD, where he graduated from O.D. Wyatt High School before going to Texas Christian University to obtain his Bachelor’s in Psychology. He is now working on his Master’s degree at Texas Christian University. Mr. Huey comes to us through a non-profit organization called the College Advising Corps. This national organization partners with universities across the country to place recent college graduates in urban high schools to help move the needle on college-going endeavors and to assist students in developing a plan for after graduation. When not in his classes or at Dunbar helping students navigate paths to their futures, Mr. Huey enjoys playing sports, rooting for the Cowboys, and spending time with family and friends.
