LaTreace Adkins, M.Ed.
I am LaTreace Adkins, a native of Fort Worth and an alumnus of Trimble Tech High School. I obtained a Bachelor degree in Education from Jarvis Christian College and a Masters of School Counseling from Amberton University.
I have served FWISD for 20 years as an elementary teacher, elementary counselor and currently as a middle school counselor. My goal at McLean Middle School is to prepare all students for success in college, career and community leadership.
Martha Shaw. M.Ed.
My name is Martha Shaw, I am a Fort Worth Native and graduate of TCU. I earned my Master’s in School Counseling from Amberton University. I have been with FWISD for twelve years, eight as a Family and Consumer Science teacher and the last four as a counselor.
I am excited to be here at McLean Middle School and I look forward to getting to know my students and their families. I am assigned students with the last name A-G. Please do not hesitate to email or call me with any concerns or questions.
My goal is to help your son/daughter navigate through middle school and be prepared for High School, College and or career. I will also help with any social/emotional issues as well.
Ashley Stevenson, M.Ed.
My name is Ashley Stevenson and I was born and raised here in Fort Worth. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University (Whoop!) and my Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Lamar University.
This will be my 12th year in education and my 4th as a school counselor in Fort Worth ISD. I am so excited to be joining the McLean Family and look forward to working with students, parents, staff and community members. My mission is to empower students to reach their goals by facilitating a positive environment focused on personal/social success, academic success and a college and career mindset.
