Ms. Johnson attended Northwood University for her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and received a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Tarleton State University and another Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from Texas Woman's University. She has been in education for over 17 years, just recently becoming the Librarian at Western Hills Elementary School in the 2022-2023 school year.

She is very excited about working with the teachers and students. She aims to make the library a fun information center for WHES!
