After working on-campus as a teacher assistant for a year, the students “stole her heart” and inspired her to earn a teaching certificate in special education. Her background in music therapy gives her a unique perspective in planning creative and engaging lessons for her elementary classroom. In her free time, Mary Catherine enjoys spending time with her husband, Luke, and tending to her many houseplants.
