Casie Billmire (ECSE)

Ms. Billmire is excited to be back at BHE for her 6th year as a Special Education teacher and being new to the BHE Pre-K team. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood/Special Education from Brigham Young University-Idaho. She is also working on her Master of Education in Reading through the University of Texas in Tyler. Ms. Billmire enjoys her job because she knows that helping a child learn academics or how to be a good human being is making an impact on their futures. When Ms. Billmire is not working or doing schoolwork, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her puppy, Rosie. Some of her favorite things to do are watching movies, crafting and being outside.

Vincent Chien

Hi, my name is Vincent Chien and I am thrilled to be your teacher this year. I have been teaching for 18 years, mostly Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First Grade. This is my third full year at Burton Hill Elementary and I am proud to be a Buffalo. Being from Boston, I still root for the Red Sox, Celtics, and Patriots. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my kids and read. I have a wife, two kids, and a cat. I am excited to work and learn together this year. We are family!
