Vianey Anchondo

Ms. Anchondo is glad to join the BHE family as a 4th grade bilingual teacher. She has been an educator for 3 years, moving from Dallas ISD to here. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Bilingual Education from University of Texas at El Paso and her Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from the same college. Ms. Anchondo's favorite part of being a teacher is that she can work with aspiring students and loves to collaborate with parents. She also loves biking, swimming and going to dog parks. Ms. Anchondo lives with her boyfriend, Ricardo, and her puppy, Yumi.

Bayley Craig

Miss Craig is in her eighth year of teaching! She taught special education for five years and 4th grade for two years. She will continue teaching 4th grade math and science this year. Miss Craig is from Ohio and moved to Texas three years ago. Her favorite thing about teaching is being goofy and having fun while seeing students genuinely understand math concepts. Miss Craig has a few fur babies and enjoys coming home to them each night. She is currently in graduate school to eventually become a principal! In her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends, rooting for the Cleveland Browns, working out, and traveling!

Amanda Neel

Mrs. Neel is joining Burton Hill for the first year this school year but she is beginning her 8th year in education. She is excited to be teaching 4th grade literacy and social studies. Mrs. Neel graduated from Texas State University in San Maroc, TX but has lived in Fort Worth the last 11 years. When she is not teaching, she enjoys being home with her family. Her and her husband have two little boys and a pup named Tulip. She looks forward to meeting each of you!
