Aileen Martina-Quiñones

Aileen Martina was born and raised in Colombia and began her career in Fort Worth ISD in 1991 as a Bilingual teacher at Sam Rosen Elementary. She has earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Music from the University of North Texas and possesses a Professional Certificate for School Administrators from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Aileen Martina was principal at Seminary Hills Elementary from 2004-2011.  She was principal at Rosemont Elementary School from 2011-2017.  

Mrs. Martina considers it a privilege and honor to have been chosen to become principal at the Leadership Academy at Mitchell Boulevard and to serve its community. It is her hope that everyone feels welcome when entering the school.

Mrs. Tiede

Amanda Tiede is a 2006 graduate of West Texas A&M in Canyon, Texas.  She started her teaching career in 2007, she taught for nine years in first, second, and third grade.  She attended the University of Texas at Arlington and graduated with her masters degree in 2016.  Ms. Tiede was an instructional coach for three years, two of those years were very happily spent at the Leadership Academy at Mitchell Blvd.  In 2019 she was named as the assistant principal of the campus.  She is very proud and honored to serve the scholars and community of Mitchell Blvd.  She believes that everyone has a right to a great education and that education is the key to a successful life.
