Mrs. Barreto
5th Grade DL/ESL Teacher
My childhood dream of becoming a teacher started in 2nd grade. I graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a focus on Early Childhood Education. I am currently pursuing my masters degree in School Counseling through Texas A&M University. I started working for Manuel Jara in 2011. I have taught grades 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th. I want to inspire my students to become something special at a young age, and that they have a desire to learn and reach their personal goals. I hope that my class loves school just as much as I do!
