Sergeant Major Williams (26 - Year Veteran) entered the United States Army on 28 January 1986 and attended Infantry Basic Training/AIT at Fort Benning, GA. He served in every leadership position from Team Leader, Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, and Sergeant Major. Training consisted of all the NCOES courses to include the Sergeants Major Academy, SAM-31 Armorers Course, Basic Airborne Course, Training Management Course, Environmental Trainers Course, Physical Security Course, Security Managers Course, Antiterrorism Level II Trainers Course, Equal Opportunity Advisor Course, Battle Staff Course, First Sergeants Course, Instructors Course, and Reserve Component National Security Course. Currently employed by the Fort Worth Independent School District at Wedgwood Middle School as the Junior Cadet Corps Instructor.
