Principal - Amy Chritian
Mrs. Chritian has been in Education for 23 years and has been in administration for 10 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Math from Texas Woman's University and a Master of Education in Leadership and Policy studies from University of Texas at Arlington. She was previously an AP at JP Elder Middle School. 2017-2018 was her first year as principal of Stripling!
Assistant Principal - Brandy Sachs
This year, Ms. Sachs begins her 26th year in education. She has been with Fort Worth ISD for 19 years, and has served as a science teacher, physical education teacher, and athletic coach. During the 2009-10 school year, Sachs was part of the Aspiring Principals Program and assigned to Stripling Middle School as an Assistant Principal in Residence and has been here ever since.
Education: Louisiana Tech University - Bachelor's Degree; University of Texas at Arlington - Master's Degree in Education Leadership and Policy Studies.
Assistant Principal - Jasma Hayes
Jasma Hayes is a native of Fort Worth, Texas and a proud product of the Fort Worth ISD. She has served the district in the capacity of ELA teacher, reading specialist, and instructional coach before entering her new role as Assistant Principal. She is excited to start this new chapter at Stripling Middle School. When she is not serving her community through various organizations, Mrs. Hayes enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and son.
Education: Texas A&M University - Bachelor's Degree in English; Western Governors University- Master's Degree in Educational Leadership.
Counselor - Suzy Dowdy
Ms. Dowdy started in the FWISD in 1973. She was a counselor at Stripling from 1982 - 1990. She then left the district to go into private practice from 1991 - 1993 and moved to California from 1993 - 2004. When she returned to Texas, Ms. Dowdy was a counselor at Leonard Middle School from 2004 - 2007 and then returned to Stripling in 2007.
Education: Texas Tech University - Bachelor's Degree; Texas Woman's University - Master's Degree
Counselor - Mary Wichman
Ms. Wichman has worked for the FWISD since 1995. She taught Math for 5 years, then became a counselor for the next 3 years. After counseling, she became an Assistant Principal for 3 years, a Data Analyst for 6 years, and now she is back to counseling.
Education: Indian Hills Community College (Iowa) - Associate's Degree; University of Northern Iowa - Bachelor's Degree; Texas Christian University - Master's Degree of Education in Counseling and Administration.
