Degrees and Certifications:
Mr. Bryant Williams
Bryant is a music therapist with Fort Worth ISD that works directly with the students and staff at Boulevard Heights, since starting with the district in 2015. Bryant graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2014 with a B.A. in Music Therapy. He is expected to finish his master’s degree in Music Therapy with an emphasis in Special Education in December 2017.
Bryant enjoys working across the district with a wide variety of students of all ages and abilities, but specifically appreciates his time spent with the students and staff at BHS. The environment at BHS is very reflective of the individualized and humanistic approach that Bryant incorporates into music therapy. Mr. Bryant loves to continue learning and BHS, with such an outstanding staff, has been a cornerstone to his growth with the district.
“Music is a beautiful medium that affects all aspects of the human body, mind, and spirit. My goal is to connect with individuals through various musical techniques to address their individual needs and help them communicate in a meaningful social experience.”
Outside of school, Bryant spends his time with his wife, another music therapist with FWISD, and their two dogs and two cats.
