My name is Morgan Ryan and I am a RISE teacher at South Hi Mount Elementary. I am brand new to the Fort Worth area. In fact, I just moved to Texas from Colorado last month. I have worked in special education for 5 years now and am excited to join the SHM team this school year. Love brought me here, but I will definitely miss the mountains. In my spare time I enjoy being outside, hiking, and traveling.

I’m originally from NC and moved to TX when I was 18.  Currently, I am obtaining a master’s degree from Tarleton State. I have been teaching for over 10 years and this is my 5th year with FWISD.  My husband and I have been married for 20 years and we have twins, a boy and girl.  We also have 3 mutt pups, Dexter, Molly, and Diego.
