Mr. Samuel Moseley

Born and raised in Fort Worth, Sam Moseley is proud to give back to the city that gave him so much as a kid. When he graduated from Southwest High School as a teenager, Sam knew two things; he did not want to leave Cowtown and he wanted to work with kids. This led him to attend TCU, where he earned a B.S. in Secondary Education ELAR. After graduating, Mr. Moseley got married to his beautiful wife and high school sweetheart, Morgan. They began their life and careers together, Morgan working as a nurse for Cook Children’s and Sam working as a teacher in FWISD. He spent four years teaching English to students at his alma mater, Southwest High School. During that time, he taught several classes, spanning a range from on-level English 1 to AP English Language and Composition. He also went back to college to earn his M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from UTA, which he hopes to use in some sort of educational leadership role.

Mr. Moseley and his wife are foster parents who enjoy spending time with their kids. They are also proud owners of a German Shepherd named Luna, who will eat any food left out in the house. In his free time, Mr. Moseley likes to cook, read, and write. The number one item on Mr. Moseley’s bucket list is to publish a novel.
