Mr. Victor Alfaro - Principal

Victor Alfaro earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas at Brownsville and a Masters in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas in Denton. Mr. Alfaro served in various roles throughout the Fort Worth Independent School District from teacher to data analyst. 

Mr. Alfaro served as the Assistant Principal for 3 years at Wedgwood Middle School, the Principal for 3 years at Worth Heights Elementary and then transition to the role of Principal at Riverside Middle School. He believes that ALL children can succeed.

Mrs. Crystal Culton - Eighth Grade Asst. Principal

Crystal Love Culton began her educational journey at Rosemont Middle School in 2007 as an ELAR and AVID teacher. After two years, she transferred to Wedgwood Middle School as the Lead ELAR teacher before accepting a position as a New Teacher Specialist in 2013. Over the next few years, Ms. Culton had the opportunity to coach, present, and develop professional learning sessions for teachers and staff.

In 2017, Ms. Culton accepted a position as an assistant principal of Riverside Middle School.  The 2019-2020 school year marks her third year as assistant principal. She is very proud to serve the district and community she is a product from and takes pride in being an Eagle! As a school leader, Ms. Culton is excited to provide opportunities and innovative ideas to the challenges her students face in a twenty-first century economy and world.

Dr. Aaron Levy - Sixth Grade Asst. Principal

Dr. Levy attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, and received his bachelor’s degree in education. He went on to earn his master’s degree in educational administration from Florida Atlantic University, and in 2014 Graduated with his Doctorate in educational leadership from Tarleton State University. His doctoral research focused in the factors influencing high school students to pursue post-secondary education.
