Martinez was inspired to teach by her fourth grade teacher, Miss Cray.
”I was inspired to teach by my fourth grade teacher, Miss Cray," Martinez said. "She was the best; she would let us play with her hair while reading us chapter books after lunch!”
Her favorite part about teaching is spending time with students. In her spare time outside of school, she enjoys reading non-fiction books and listening to any kind of music. She also likes spending time with her family and corgi named Frances.
