Counselor of 10th & 11th Grade
Lesia Rogers has over 19 years combined experience as a Special Education teacher and Professional Counselor. She began her career as a Special Education teacher at the elementary level for eight years with the Fort Worth and Grand Prairie ISD’s. Mrs. Rogers then joined Arlington ISD, serving 6 years as a Professional Counselor at the Junior High and High School levels before joining the Arlington Heights High School faculty in the Fall of 2014 as a Professional Counselor. Mrs. Rogers is currently serving TCC South Collegiate High School faculty as an Early College Counselor.
Mrs. Rogers’ education includes earning a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Social Work from Prairie View A&M University. When Mrs. Rogers isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family and cooking.
