Blanca Galindo - Principal
Mrs. Blanca M. Galindo is a Rio Grande Valley native who graduated from the University of North Texas with her undergraduate and from Tarleton State University with her Masters in Educational Administration. She began her career as an educator in 1996 as a high school teacher in Decatur, Texas, then as a middle school assistant principal in the Castleberry ISD and lastly a principal in the Fort Worth ISD. Throughout her career she has focused on the growth of students and teachers.
She is honored to be the principal of Charles E. Nash Elementary since 2014. She has strived to maintain a family atmosphere at Nash Elementary with an emphasis on growth and taking care of the whole child.
Mrs. Galindo lives with her husband, Mario in Decatur and has three grown daughters. They enjoy their annual trips to reconnect as a family.
Christine Kelley - Assistant Principal
Dr. Christine Kelley, a native of Italy, Texas, received a bachelor's degree from Texas Woman’s University in 2006 and a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Tarleton State University in 2009. She then went on to complete post-master’s certifications in both teaching and administration. In 2021, she completed a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Technology at Tarleton.
Since 2009, Dr. Kelley has proudly served the students and teachers of Fort Worth ISD. She began as a fourth-grade teacher at Worth Heights Elementary, where she was honored to receive the TMATE-FWISD Outstanding Intern Award. Later, she had the privilege of supporting early career teachers as a New Teacher Induction Specialist. For the last five years, Dr. Kelley has served as assistant principal at Charles E. Nash Elementary.
Dr. Kelley has been married to her husband, Patrick, for almost 20 years. They live in Weatherford with their rescue dog, Harlie.
