    You need to upload the five documents listed below to this form. All students also need to upload a Parent ID, a Utility Bill in Parents' Name, and the most recent Report Card. If you are an out of district student you will also need to upload an Immunization record and Birth Certificate.
      
    Signature instructions for google docs:
     
    Follow the instruction below to sign your documents.
    To add an eSignature to your Google Docs document, we will use the “Drawing” tool. Just follow the simple steps below:
    Get started by placing your cursor in the area where you want the signature.
    Select Insert on the top toolbar and click Drawing… and + New.
    Select Scribble from the Line drop-down and hand-write your signature.
    Alternatively, you can input and format a typed signature using the Text box tool.
    Click Save and close.
    The image will be available for later use without the need to redraw it.

    Siga las instrucciones a continuación para firmar sus documentos. Para agregar una firma electrónica a su documento de Google Docs, usaremos la herramienta "Dibujo". Simplemente siga los sencillos pasos a continuación:
    Comience colocando el cursor en el área donde desea la firma. Seleccione Insertar en la barra de herramientas superior y haga clic en Dibujo… y + Nuevo. Seleccione Garabato en el menú desplegable "Línea" y escriba a mano su firma. Alternativamente, puede ingresar y dar formato a una firma usando la herramienta Cuadro de texto para escribirla.
    Haga clic en Guardar y cerrar. La imagen estará disponible para su uso posterior sin necesidad de volver a dibujarla.
