Hello, my name is Jessica Gutierrez.  This is my fifth year teaching at Rufino Mendoza Elementary.  I have worked in the FWISDvsince 2011. Before teaching, I was as a FWISD pyramid substitute for the North Side.  I was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX. I graduated from Arlington Heights HS. I received my bachelor’s degree in Communications - Radio, Television, and Film from the University of Texas at Austin. Hook 'Em Horns!  I love and enjoy my family, church, education, and politics. I hope that our classroom this year will produce some of the finest minds Rufino Mendoza has ever seen!! 

I'm from Puerto Rico.  I have been teaching at Rufino Mendoza around 14 years.  I love teaching and enjoy watching my students learn and grow.  I am married and have one daughter who attends SFA University.  I enjoy teaching, scrapbooking, golfing and spending quality time with my family.
