Dr. Barbara Dowell
Dr. Barbara Dowell is the School Librarian at Sunrise Elementary School. She loves reading and encourages children to love reading books too! Dr. Dowell has been an elementary school librarian for 17 years and an educator for more than 39 years.
Everyone is welcome to come to the school library, including parents and all members of our learning community.
