Welcome to our Cross Country (XC) page! XC has a short but rewarding season! There are roughly 5-6 meets with 3-day practices during the school week.Cross country runners strive to focus on healthy eating habits, endurance, proper form, and muscle recovery. It is advised that any athlete looking to become successful in athletics join Cross Country for its short season. You can play any sport including football or volleyball and participate in cross country at the same time!
Cross country practices will be in the mornings. The only equipment required are decent running shoes, active attire and a refillable (preferably with ice) water bottle.
Schedules for each school year will be available as they come out.
