Event Details
Date: August 6, 2024
Location: Wilkerson-Greines Activity Center, 5201 Ca Roberson Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76119.
Session Times: Session I - 10 a.m.; Session II - 1:30 p.m.
We encourage staff to carpool where possible to help with traffic flow and parking. Should the facility run out of space, Clark Stadium will be available for overflow parking.
Convocation Session Assignments
This year marks an exciting first as all FWISD staff are invited to attend Convocation! To accommodate all team members, campuses and departments are assigned a program session time. Please note that both sessions will present the same content, thereby offering the same experience to all staff.

Attire
Convocation will be a festive event; we are providing commemorative spirit T-shirts for all staff to wear to Convocation while maintaining professional dress standards.
To facilitate distribution of T-shirts, we are kindly asking that campus and department leaders pick up the shirts for their team members at their designated locations. Please see below for pick-up locations and times.
We will be providing an assortment of sizes and colors for your staff so there is no need for you to gather sizes from your team. We have ordered sizes between small and 6XL. We have a limited amount of surplus shirts available in case there are any employees who need a different size. If we are unable to provide the shirt size requested by the time of the event, please note that we will provide one after the event.
