Fort Worth Independent School District
Student Surveys

Fort Worth ISD periodically administers student surveys to better understand and support our students. The surveys provide an opportunity to learn more about student perceptions, opinions, and ideas, as well as to identify specific needs. Sometimes, surveys are administered to obtain specialized funding and comply with state and federal law.
By participating in these surveys, students have an opportunity to have a voice in their education.
- All student surveys are strictly voluntary. Students who do not participate will be given an alternative educational option to complete during the survey. There are no consequences or penalties if a student does not participate.
- Students may skip any questions they do not wish to answer and/or may stop taking a survey at any point.
- Most surveys are anonymous. However, where anonymity is not possible, results are kept confidential and only shared per FERPA and other applicable state and federal laws to protect students' privacy.
Information for Parental Consent
Parents have the opportunity to opt their student(s) In or Out of district surveys during the registration process.
