Register today for the 2024-25 School Year!

Attention, all families! It's time to secure your child's spot for the upcoming academic year. This is your chance to enroll new, returning, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten students from the comfort of your home.

We recommend you have these three items handy when starting the registration process:

A non-fwisd.org email address
The child's student ID for returning students
Parents can access their child's ID number via Parent Portal.
Child's birthdate

Gather the following items to assist you with completion of the online form:

Phone number and address for emergency contacts
Information about the last school attended, if any
Registration Documents

You will have the option to upload the following required registration documents as part of online registration or you will need to bring them to the school:

Provide 1 item from each category:

Student's proof of age and identity
- Birth certificate
- Statement of the child’s date of birth issued for school admission purposes by the Vital Statistics Section of the Texas Department of State Health Services
- Passport
- School ID card, records, or report card
- Military ID
- Hospital birth record
- Adoption records
- Church baptismal record
- Any other legal document that establishes identity
Health Information
- Immunization/Shot Record
Guardian Information
- State-issued photo ID
- Driver’s license
- Military ID
- Passport
Proof of Address
- Utility Bill
- Lease Agreement

How do I re-register my student at their current school for next year?

Is there something special I need to do for my student who is transitioning to a new grade level (i.e., from their current elementary or middle school)?

Will I need a Snapcode to register my student for the 2024-2025 school year?

Visit https://fwisd.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/auth/ and Log in to the Parent Portal

New Students:

Click the box for I would like to Apply for Enrollment for a new child and provide the necessary student identification information.

Click Begin Application to begin the enrollment process. Be sure to complete all required enrollment information and upload any necessary documentation.

Returning Students:

Click the box for I would like to ADD A CHILD who is already enrolled and provide the necessary student identification information. (NOTE: Please allow 1 bu for student account to be verified by the campus and added to Parent Portal Account. Contact the campus for additional assistance if needed)

Click on the Student's Name and select Forms Summary. Click on the 2024-2025 Re-Enrollment form to begin the enrollment process. Be sure to complete all required enrollment information and upload any necessary documentation.
