On Dec. 10, FWISD formalized a partnership with Trinity Metro to expand student transportation access. The memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed at I.M. Terrell Academy for STEM and VPA, followed by a press conference with FWISD Superintendent Dr. Karen C. Molinar and Trinity Metro Executive Director Richard W. Andreski.

The partnership allows FWISD high school students to ride Trinity Metro buses and trains at no cost. Students can use the GoPass app to access Trinity Metro bus and rail services throughout the city.

This partnership ensures students without transportation can continue to participate in after-school activities and provides working students with reliable transportation to and from their jobs.
