Today, kids at Clifford Davis Elementary School are celebrating as the school debuts a kid-designed, community-built playground. The months-long collaboration between Clifford Davis Elementary School, Fort Worth ISD, the CarMax Foundation, and KABOOM! culminated this week as more than 200 volunteers built the new playspace that will spark joy and foster a sense of belonging for 836 kids each year at Clifford Davis Elementary School. Additionally, the CarMax Foundation generously presented the school with a $5,000 check to support campus initiatives, allowing the school to use the funds in the way that best meets its needs.
