Parents and guardians of sixth grade students: These are the state-mandated Immunizations to enter seventh grade.

• 2 doses of Varicella Vaccine (or history of chickenpox disease)
• *Meningococcal Vaccine
• *Tdap (if at least 5 years have passes since the last dose of a tetanus-containing vaccine)

Please go ahead and take your child for these required immunizations and return their updated shot record to the school nurse.

This will help allow your child a smooth transition to seventh grade.  If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call our school.
