FWISD Parents, Guardians and Caregivers, Do You Need Help with Virtual Learning?

(Friday, February 12, 2021) -- Fort Worth ISD wants all families to be prepared should snow and frigid temperatures force the District to close schools next week and shift to virtual teaching and learning. Fort Worth ISD’s Virtual Learning Support page is the go-to resource for students and parents who need assistance with virtual learning.

Whether you're just getting started using a digital device or online application for the first time or need to learn more about how to use a resource, you'll find the support you need here.

The Virtual Learning Support page can be found at

Our Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) were designed to give parents and caregivers clear, step-by-step directions for completing common tasks within various applications.

In addition to our QRGs, you will find helpful videos that walk you through the applications used by your student(s) for virtual learning.

On the page link below, we've compiled information and resources specifically for students and parents to help with common learning tools like Google Classroom, Google Meet, Seesaw, ClassLink, and much more.

Monday, February 15 (President’s Day), is a student holiday, and all teacher professional development will take place virtually that day. The District will continue to watch the forecast through the weekend and will communicate with our students, families and employees any decision concerning next week.
