VARSITY

Boys basketball update CONGRATS on a big victory for the North Side boys team for a big victory over Poly tech the Steers were led by Roman Chapa 11 points and Jayden Lopez 10 points and Eddie Garcia hitting two clutch free throws to seal the game. 
 
Next up South Hills at Wilkerson-Geines tonight 6 p.m.

North Side Varsity Boys Basketball update: Friday night we played our most consistent game of the season and won 69-47 over Diamond Hill.  We had four players in double figures.

  • Emanuel Davilla  13
  • DuQuinn Torres 10
Eddie Garcia ran the offense and distributed the ball on offense as we continue to try and improve.  We travel to Mineral Wells for our next game.

Congrats to our Varsity Boys Basketball for winning their game last night at Diamond Hill 71-53  four players were in double figures.  Eddie Garcia 23,  Jesus Benavides 14, Roman Chapa 13, Du Quinn Torres 12.  We will travel to Weatherford this weekend for a tournament and then at home next Tuesday hosting Venus would love to see you come out and see us in action!!!

North Side Varsity Boys Basketball opened up the season with a solid win 51-31 over Carter Riverside.  Steers were led in scoring by Emmanuel Davilla with 13  Du Quinn Torres 12.  Eddie Garcia and Jesus Benavides did a great job running our offense.  Next game next game next Tuesday 4:30 against Mineral Wells at Billingsley Fieldhouse.

 

 

JUNIOR VARSITY

North Side High School JV boys Basketball played at Diamond Hill last night. The JV Steers had a slow start but were able to overcome an 11 point halftime defecit with a strong 18-1 3rd  quarter. The JV steers pulled off the 44- 37 win to go 2-1 on the season.

North Side High School JV Boys Basketball opened up last night with a 53 - 9 win against Carter Riverside High School JV team. Jonathon Rosales and Lorenzo Perez both handled the ball well for the JV steers as well as combining for 15 points. Aron Aregawi led the JV steers in points with 13. Julian Alvarado (2), Julio Jaramillo(4), Isaiah Tiddark(8), Andrew Ramos (7), Jonathon Sanchez(4). The JV steers are excited for this upcoming season and look forward to seeing you at our next game against Castleberry Saturday Nov. 27 at 10:15
