Tobi Jackson Flies with Airshow Pilot David Martin
Tobi Jackson, Fort Worth ISD board president, soared through the air over Tarrant County Friday, October 27 with professional airshow performer David Martin.
Jackson and Martin flew in a yellow and black, two-seat, one-engine aircraft built in 1997.
Martin, of Possum Kingdom Lake, is an airshow pilot who has flown a variety of planes including the Bucker Jungmeister, an aircraft flown throughout the mid 1930s and 1940s and the P-51 Mustang, a single-seat aircraft used in World War II and the Korean War. Martin is a featured performer at this weekend’s Bell Helicopter Fort Worth Alliance Air Show, which is taking place Saturday and Sunday at Fort Worth Alliance Airport.
