Trimble Tech High School will celebrate the grand opening of Bulldogs Rally House, its on-campus retail store, with a presentation, ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception, on Friday, November 3. The VIP event is open to invited guests and is hosted by students, faculty and administrators.
The store will feature apparel, spirit items and student-produced goods. The staff will include underclassmen, who are members of Trimble Tech’s Entrepreneurship Club. Retail Entrepreneurship students in their senior year are promoted to manager.
School officials say the retail store is the pinnacle of Trimble Tech’s Retail Entrepreneurship Gold Seal Program of Choice. The Bulldogs Rally House offers students hands-on opportunities to utilize business and marketing skills, conduct product research, develop business models, determine purchase orders and how merchandise should be displayed.
The store officially opens to the public Monday, Nov. 6, and will kick off Trimble Tech’s weeklong homecoming celebration. Operating hours next Monday through Friday are 7:15 to 7:48 a.m. and 12:45 to 1:15 p.m. Visitors shopping at the store must check in at the front office upon arriving at the campus, located at 1003 W. Cannon St.
There will be additional opportunities to purchase merchandise at the homecoming carnival from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10 on the Trimble Tech track and at the homecoming game beginning at noon Saturday, Nov. 11 at Farrington Field. Kickoff is at 1 p.m.
Store proceeds will benefit Trimble Tech Bulldog programs.
