Students participated with United Voices for Change, a student-let FWISD organization aspiring to use student voice to make a positive change on our campuses and in our communities, understanding that many of their peers struggle with depression and thoughts of suicide and seeing the tragic impact on their friends and the families of students who have died by suicide.

On Tuesday, the students wore red, signifying the importance of knowing the red flags/warnings of suicide, and on Wednesday, we had a hash tag contest to see who could come up with the best idea for a hash tag to promote suicide prevention and bright futures.

On Thursday, we will "team up" against suicide and wear our favorite team apparel, and on Friday, we will wear college t-shirts to represent that "The Future is Bright"!
