FWISD Hires 26 New Campus Monitors, Plus Other Positions

More than 300 attended Fort Worth ISD’s hiring fair this past Saturday, where 148 new job offers were made, including 26 campus monitors. Take a look at photos from the event.

FWISD campus monitors are essential in the District’s safety and security efforts; they are the District’s eyes and ears on the ground. They build relationships with students and parents while ensuring security measures are followed.

But the District is adding staff members all-around. On-the-spot job offers were made to qualified teachers, teacher assistants, substitutes, bus drivers and attendants, custodians, cafeteria workers, and more. A total of 15 teachers, 11 long-term substitutes, 18 teacher assistants, and 55 substitutes have joined the FWISD family.

The search for more great talent continues. FWISD offers competitive salaries and benefits, and newly hired employees are eligible for sign-on incentives, stipends, and bonuses, depending on the role.
