FWISD Observes Spring Break March 15-19
(Friday, March 12, 2021) -- The Fort Worth ISD is observing Spring Break, March 15-19. All District schools and the Central Administration Building are closed for the break.
Regular District operating hours will resume, Monday, March 22, 2021.
March 15-19 is a general workweek for all 245-day FWISD employees.
Curbside Meals To Go service for students will continue at eight FWISD campuses throughout the break. Regular Meals To Go operations at the District’s more than 20 designated locations will resume March 22. Families may pick up a combination of breakfast and lunch meals from 8 to 10 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday from the following schools during spring break:
- Carter-Riverside High School
- Western Hills High School
- J.P. Elder Middle School
- William James Middle School
- Morningside Middle School
- Daggett Elementary School
- C.C. Moss Elementary School
- Rosemont Middle School
During the break, the District is suspending its free COVID-19 testing for employees, which is available weekly through a partnership with Virtual Care for Kids. Testing will resume at the five designated sites throughout the District on Monday, March 22.
