FWISD Seniors Receive Technology Surprise from Fort Worth Police Officers Association

The Fort Worth Police Officers Association (POA) recently awarded 21 Fort Worth ISD students with an amazing surprise to cap off their senior year. In recognition of their acceptance into a college or career training program after high school, each student received an Apple iPad along with key productivity accessories – an Apple pencil, a keyboard, and a case.

Students were selected for this honor by staff at each campus. The criteria was based on financial and technology needs, high scholastic achievement, a lack of disciplinary issues, and being in the top 10% of their class.
