Fort Worth ISD >>Forward Virtual Town Halls on Return to Learning To Be Held July 27-28

The Fort Worth ISD will hold two virtual town hall meetings--  on Monday, July 27  and Tuesday, July 28 for parents, teachers, students and the community stakeholder to ask questions and hear from District leaders on plans for the 2020-2021 fall semester.  The two-hour sessions will begin at 5 p.m. each evening.townhall

Superintendent Kent P. Scribner and FWISD Board President Jacinto Ramos Jr. will host both meetings and will be joined by other trustees at each event. Monday’s session will be conducted in Spanish and Tuesday’s will be in English.

Monday’s hosts will include District 5 Trustee C.J. Evans and District 8 Trustee Anael Luebanos.

On the Tuesday, July 28 meeting District 3 Trustee Quinton “Q” Phillips and District 7 Trustee Norman Robbins will be hosting, as well.

If you would like to submit a question or comment for the Virtual Town Hall or speak live, please visit for the Spanish language session on Monday and for the English language session on Tuesday.

Your message can be submitted anonymously via the web application and the community will have the chance to “vote up” all submissions. If you prefer to speak live during the event, you may do so via the Zoom link on the page. While in Zoom, please enter your name and your topic of discussion in the “Chat” section. Attendees will be called on in the order of submission.
