Pop-Up COVID Vaccine Sites Come to Fort Worth ISD
The Fort Worth ISD is working with the University of North Texas Health Science Center (HSC) and Tarrant County Public Health to provide pop-up vaccine sites at schools this summer.
The first locations opened for operation this week (June 14-18) at Kirkpatrick, J.P. Elder, and William James Middle Schools.
Superintendent Kent P. Scribner welcomed Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley and HSC Senior Vice President Jessica Rangel to Kirkpatrick Middle School to celebrate this collaboration and share the news with the community. Principal Jeffrey Bartolotta and his team helped prepare the school site for the clinics.
Watch the video for their remarks and images from the vaccination sites.
