30 FWISD Schools to Attend Waterama May 22, 23
Fort Worth ISD third and fourth graders will hear from professionals about the importance of water at the annual Waterama event, May 22 and 23.
The Fort Worth Water Department-sponsored event will welcome students from 30 District elementary schools to the Will Rogers Memorial Center Exhibit where stations will be set up by local agencies. The stations show students what creatures live in water, and where water comes from, where it goes, why it’s needed and how to be respectful of it.
Waterama exposes students to the importance of water conservation, quality and safety.
