Bundle Up and Be There for Fort Worth ISD Saturday Learning Quest January 22

While the cold weather overnight might be a little frightful, Saturday Learning Quest (SLQ) promises to be warm and delightful. Parents, bundle up your child for another opportunity to accelerate learning and have a great time tomorrow, January 22.

Fort Worth ISD custodians will make sure schools are warm and ready to receive students when SLQ begins at 8 a.m. Drivers will be heating up their buses early so the ride to and from SLQ schools is nice and warm.

Remember, too, there will be incentive prizes for attendance – goody bags for students and chances for parents to win resource baskets filled with essentials for the family.

Mark your calendar for the dates of the remaining Saturday Learning Quest sessions this semester:

  • January 22
  • February 12
  • February 26
  • March 5
  • April 2
  • April 23
  • May 7

We hope to see all registered students at each one. Every SLQ is a day of rigorous, active instruction in literacy and math designed around engaging themes. Young learners also enjoy enrichment classes in art and music, physical activities, and visits to the District’s mobile STEM units.

Free transportation is available, and students receive breakfast and lunch each Saturday.
